We scanned a few of the spreads from our latest risographed zine (the scanner can’t pick up the fluorescent pink so you’re just going to have to use your imagination and know it’s much brighter and more saturated). The writing is both hilarious & sweet (thanks to the talented @abschristensen). This wasn’t an easy project but it was a fun one and we’re so happy so many of you ordered one! 💗🐦 Now it’s time to work on our next zine! 🌀

Well, it’s been a long time coming but Pigeon Zine is finally here.

An idea that I started thinking about years ago sat and sat and eventually became physical thanks to the effort and encouragement of @evankirby2 and @abschristensen. I love being a designer and making things that incorporate all my favorite things: snarky words, silly typography, and weird birds, and don’t get me wrong, the hours and hours of hard work trying to make it “work” all feel worth it for this tiny personal project. Keep making things and keep supporting people who are doing the same. 🫶🪶✨

We did Portrait Night again (finally) and my good friend @abschristensen sat for us. I liked my color mixing with the colored pencils, but am still trying to get a better likeness in my portraits!
