This past weekend I had the pleasure of sitting on a panel for the 3rd Annual Women’s Empowerment Vision Board Brunch. This year the theme was Intentions. We discussed how our past shaped our present and future, barriers and challenges we’ve faced personally and professionally as we worked toward our visions, and the benefits of being intentional about our achieving our goals and visions.

My vision board has been so motivating and inspiring. I’m proud to say I have been actively working towards bringing my visions to life.

Even if you don’t make an actual board. I highly recommend writing your visions down and being intentional about achieving them.

Benefits of being intentional:
- feel more productive
- growth/forward movement
- discipline
- better use of time
- mood stabilization
