6 Week Program Review:
Squat 385 ⬆️ 20lb ➡️ 405lb
Bench 255 ⬆️ 30lb ➡️ 285lb
Deadlift 355 ⬆️ 50lb ➡️ 405lb

🎉 All in all, I feel great about this outcome. Strength programs (IMO) are the most rewarding.

Actually, I'll say that any program where you can quantitatively see where you started, where you are going, and where you are projected to end is better than just working out to workout. What do your goals actually mean and how do you plan to get there?

So what's next? Next week looks like a by-week for Thanksgiving and then a de-load week leading into the much anticipated @sorinex_deadcember. In January, we will start the next 12week program. Focus here will be conditioning and volume 😏.

Join us @rarebreedsgym 💪🏾The only new year's resolution you need is to sign up and show up. I got the rest. 😤

HYROX PFT! Silver 🥈25.5 I started my watch late so I want to say my time was 24.8 😂. But it's nowhere near 22:00.

I need to shave about 3 minutes off my time🥴.

Thank you all for coming out!

🚨Beastmode Games Recap🚨

These ladies! These ladies! These ladies! They signed up for their first Beastmode Games and laid it all on the line! On top of their strength training, they also put in the extra conditioning work. They let me yell at them and push them for 1.5-2hrs 6 days a week. I knew they would give it their all and couldn't have asked for a better team.
