Cara is a death worker, sex club owner @erosatbulldog , harm reductionist and independent zine creator. They are interested in creative relationship models and intimacy designs outside the scope of the “nuclear family” and creating space for lessening the impacts of deaths from unplanned or unexpected circumstances. Their scope of work is in harm reduction, mutual aid planning, intentional death planning, front line activism support, queer legacy building, and curating spaces that encourage intamacy. This year I did something I always dreamed of. I birthed a book. I did what so many creative ancestors I studied and looked up to did. I took my experiences I alchemized and created something beautiful.

This Juneteenth I’d like to shout out my Aunt Ossie. One of the first poets in my family. My creative ancestors. To have a voice and USE it is freedom. Happy Juneteenth ***For the N*ggas and strictly for the N*ggas*** ✊🏾✨🎉🖤
