We all carry stories with our parents. Some tender, some painful, some unfinished. It’s true, sometimes the people who were supposed to keep us safe didn’t or couldn’t. And that leaves marks.

Still, we can hold two truths at once. We can acknowledge the pain without erasing the good, and we can choose, Not because the past didn’t hurt, but because carrying only bitterness steals from the future. Honoring them doesn’t mean pretending nothing hurt. It means acknowledging the ache, while still seeing the life they gave, the efforts, the moments that mattered.

Maybe forgiveness is the quiet ground where both truths can live where we release the weight of needing them perfect, and allow ourselves to move forward with softness instead of burden.

Sitting down and doing nothing is also an action and every action has consequences.

Sometimes, the decision not to move is the very decision that keeps you stuck. Inaction has a price too.

Get up. Move. Arise 🔥

Watching my husband be both an amazing biological father and a remarkable spiritual father is one of the greatest gifts.

He doesn’t just provide for his children; he covers them, teaches them, prays for them, corrects them, and leads them by example. ❤️

Our children are blessed to have a father who is intentional about raising them not just to succeed in life, but to know God and walk in purpose.

A father at home. A father in the Spirit. A covering, a teacher, a role model. 🤍

Happy to watch you father both generations with grace. We love you, Daddy! ❤️ @abundance_john

If you can fix this ONE thing, 80% of your problems will disappear overnight. 📉🛑

The enemy doesn’t always attack your strength, he attacks your appetite. Whether it is buying things to impress people, ignoring red flags in relationships, or lacking the discipline to say “no,” your lack of self-control is secretly blinding your spiritual discernment. Just look at Samson! If he had been content, he would never have fallen for the trap.

Learn to build boundaries, say “I am full,” and watch your life change. Drop a 💯 in the comments if you are mastering your self-control this year!
