Life has been so full I can’t remember the words to wheels on a bus and am struggling to write something eloquent but I’m already a day late so here’s my best 🤣 Aric some of the things I love about you are how much you love adventures, your awe for life, how generous you are to strangers, how much you adore our daughter, how much effort you put in to making life comfortable and special for us, what you’ll do to push yourself to thrive and level up. We have experienced grand abundance and deep loss and somehow we can find gratitude for life no matter what is going on around us. I’m grateful for a partner who will take any leap with me no matter how crazy it sounds. I especially love how you make up songs about everything, how witty you are, your laugh and how much fun you find in life. I hope this next year brings more of everything you love!

Amazon Jungle | Part 2 Into the jungle I go… to lose my mind and find my soul. What you see here is a snap shot of the beginning and the end. What you don’t see are the two weeks in between where we go through one of the most challenging, yet most rewarding experiences of our lives. Stripped of our excuses, our distractions, and most of our modern comforts we get pushed to the edges of our physical, mental, emotional capacities and given a glimpse into the world of spirit. “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious” - Jung The caveat, in order to get a glimpse of spirit you first have to came face to face with your shadow. Your repressed emotions, forgotten parts of yourself, and your biggest fears. The only way out is through. You are asked to surrender over and over again, to relinquish control, to have faith, to remember who you are beyond your current self. On the other side of that is something ineffable, a field that makes you weep with gratitude, and expands your heart and capacity to love so much it hurts. You find yourself in a spaciousness, silence, a silence, a love, that is at the core of our being. Sometimes forgotten, but never lost. The shifts that happen here are often beyond our conscious understanding and I believe affect our entire lineage forward and back. Coming here doesn’t mean your whole life will change automatically, it’s up to us to take action on what we have been shown. It’s up to us to embody the lessons and frequencies we have experienced. It’s not a workshop, it’s an ongoing practice. The truth is our life is the ultimate ceremony. All the same principles apply, can you surrender, can you let go, do you have faith? Can you open your heart to every experience light and dark, and remember who you truly are? A drop of the divine having a temporary human experiencE. Beyond grateful for every person that has shared these moments with me. Aric and Stephanie, thank you accepting the call to lead through @lightinthejungle , your fearlessness inspires me daily. 🙏🏼😊 #visionquest #truthseeker #junglemedicine #naturetherapy #lightinthejungle

Amazon Jungle part 1 | Enjoy the journey A journey of a million miles begins with a single step, in this case a journey of a lifetime begins with 2 layovers, a few tuk tuks, and a questionable canoe ride down the Amazon River. This is my second year spending two weeks in the Amazon jungle with @lightinthejungle. An experience that is impossible to put into words, or capture on camera. But here is my attempt to give you a glimpse into this epic journey … Our story starts in Iquitos, Peru 🇵🇪, the gateway to the Amazon. Many people come through here to visit monkey island and get a glimpse at one of the wonders of the world, the Amazon River. They come as tourists, or some as missionaries. Our mission here is a bit different. We come as humble students. We’re here to ask the jungle for her help and guidance as we seek truth, evolution, healing, perspective, and clarity. We meet here, some of us for the first time, but we leave in two weeks with an unshakeable bond. It’s like being in a fox hole together, no one can truly understand what you have been through unless they have experienced it themselves. I have the utmost respect for every person I have been here with. We received some good omens as we prepared to head into the jungle. All of us saw butterflies 🦋 on our way down to Peru, one even decided to hang with us at the airport in Iquitos. After dinner we got a double rainbow 🌈 over the jungle. All symbols of transformation and light. But wait, what does it to take to become a butterfly 🦋? We forget that the caterpillar 🐛 literally liquifies, dissolves back to nothingness, before it is reborn. It has to fully let go of what it was, to become what it was meant to be. Do you have the courage to step into the chrysalis knowing things will never be the same? To be continued… Trip tips: I booked my flights directly with @latamairlines We stayed at the @hilton double tree in Iquitos Dawn of the Amazon is a great restaurant #iquitosperu #amazonjungle #transformation #lightinthejungle

🔥 Level Up Retreat 2025 After the sun set behind the lake, we gathered around the fire-the most natural place to come together for our ancestors. We honored the energy held in our limiting beliefs and suppressed emotions. One by one we dropped a piece of paper into the flames to represent releasing what no longer served us, transmuting old patterns into newfound strength and clarity. This fire ceremony was just one facet of our immersive retreat experience. This group was truly soul-level, brought deep connections, and were sponges of the teachings! Thank you, thank you, thank you! #LevelUpRetreat2025 #FireCeremony #Transformation #RelaxandRelease #InnerAlchemy #RiseAbove #EmbraceChange
