Strength is more than what you lift. It’s what you fight for.

Thank you to everyone who came out for Jerks for Jugs 2026 to support breast cancer awareness.

HYROX has been all over the news lately, maybe not for the best reasons, but what is this fitness craze taking the world by storm? Two million people are expected to race in 2027, surpassing the amount of people who run a marathon & approaching the number that take on a 5K race

Fitness Athlete faculty members @aburtch_dpt and @alan.fred.dpt sat down recently to discuss Audra’s expertise with HYROX, both as an athlete and a clinician

Tune in to the full episode on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts!

Check the episode’s show notes for the FREE 16-week HYROX training program Audra created for clinicians & patients

On the road or online, we’re looking forward to serving you in 2026!

Join us for our 2-day Fitness Athlete Live Seminar around the country & learn the fundamentals of functional fitness: weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning

In our 8-week, online, guided, synchronous course, Fitness Athlete L1, starting November 2nd, we’ll take you through all the research supporting the need for resistance training, including squatting, deadlifting, and pressing. We’ll also tackle what happens in the other 23 hours outside of the gym: how the body adapts to load, sleep, nutrition, supplements, and recovery modalities

Already completed L1? Don’t forget to jump into the next Fitness Athlete L2 cohort starting January 16th with @thebarbellphysio to tackle programming (strength/hypertrophy/CrossFit/mobility/gymnastics), advanced weightlifting & gymnastics movements, and business planning
