This is me at my first ever school series MTB race at 10 years old…

This is me 9 years later at my first ever USA Collegiate MTB Nationals on the other side of the world, trying a new discipline, loving life and loving racing my bike more than ever before!

Not an easy weekend that’s for sure! But now looking back, I’m actually pretty proud of how it all played out. Starting at the back on both days was not an easy task, especially with the largest field of girls I’ve ever raced against in XC!! Something I’ve longed for forever so it’s quite literally a dream come true! 2500m+ of elevation slapped me from all angles but it was an experience I’ll never forget. Started from P51 on both days and ended p22 in XCO and P29 in XCC which I can only improve on⚡️

Crazy to think just how far sport can take you in life and the impact it can have on you. I have an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the support I have in my corner from back home and right here at my second home. None of this would be possible without all of you, family, friends, teammates, coaches and sponsors ❤️

Keeping this season written in my books and cannot wait to work even harder for next season💪🏼

Proud to be apart of this awesome team💚💛

6th at the School National Champs.

Happy and not at the same time. Alot of fun and alot of support thanks boys!! With starting in 3rd row and having a bad start, i was able to push back to 5th for the first 4 laps with being over taken on the last lap.

Love Your Head - Always Wear A Helmet!

While out riding today, I came across more than two cyclists within the space of about 1km who were not wearing helmets.

Whether cycling is your sport, your passion, your commute, or simply your mode of transport, wearing a helmet should be non-negotiable.

A helmet may not prevent every cycling injury, but it is an important part of a cyclist’s safety gear and can help reduce the risk of serious head injury.
