A massive, heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support our first-ever workshop! The room was filled with so much beautiful energy, and it was only a success because of each and every one of you who showed up, stepped onto the floor, and gave it your all. 🙌💃 🌟 A Special Shoutout to Shivani Jatar 🌟 Shivani @nautchyourgirl , thank you for being the absolutely incredible teacher that you are! Your patience and eye for detail made it so seamless for everyone to follow, learn, and grow without feeling overwhelmed. It truly was such a mind-calming, refreshing, and beautiful session. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide for our debut! 🧘‍♀️✨ @menakadance 📸 Stay Tuned! We are still processing all the amazing energy from Saturday, but pictures and videos are coming very soon! Keep an eye on our feed—you won't want to miss these memories. 🥂 ✨ #rhythmdancesheffield #kathak #thankyoupost #menakadanceleeds #kathakworkshop

As the days go by and we get deeper into 2025, we are gaining perspective over some of the wonderful things we were able to do last year. So we thought, HEY!, let’s shout about them and celebrate some of ACCA’s peak moments of 2024! Peak Moment Number 1: Female Community Curtain Raiser As part of our first ever national tour around the UK, we co-created a community curtain raiser with eight incredible women who opened our show at @slung_low in September 28th. Here’s a shinny selection of images from the prologue that we co-created together, taken by Leeds legend dance photographer @ellywelphotography Enjoy and Happy belated New Year to you all!
