History was made yesterday! 🖤💛 Our very first class. Our very first soft opening. What started as a vision is now becoming a community. Our team went to STR8Perfomance for a Strength Training for Endurance Athletes session. Endurance athletes who incorporate weight training have more power, better balance, improved efficiency and decrease the risk of injuries. I used to be the kind of runner who’d sign up for races and then not run for months. In 2025, my goal was simple: build consistency. Happy to say I did exactly that (also now I know where all my money went 😅). The biggest highlights weren’t just the races, but seeing my own progress and building an incredible running community along the way. Here’s to even more miles in 2026 🏃‍♀️✨
