What a weekend!

Denise and the PFP staff had an incredible time at the @worldsoftballcoachesconvention , surrounded by some of the most influential people in the game. From leading competitions and training alongside Ana Gold, AJ Andrews, G. Juarez, and Ally Carda, to talking all things softball with Joey Lye and Dana Sorensen, it was a day packed with learning and connection.
Denise also had the opportunity to work through a bullpen with @usasoftball ‘s Ally Carda, diving into pre-pitch activation, bullpen mindset, and how she attacks each of her pitches. Huge shoutout to @pitchlogicsoftball for providing valuable metrics during the session.

An unreal opportunity to learn, compete, and connect at the highest level of the game. Watching youth athletes feel inspired, challenged, and motivated by the pros is something we’ll never take for granted. Grateful for the experience, the people, and a weekend full of high-level softball and even better memories!

What a weekend full of Inspiring Moments and Empowering Lessons!

On Saturday, Denise and members of the PFP team traveled to the World Softball Coaches Convention at Mohegan Sun. Denise was in her element as she presented and shared her expertise and passion with coaches and players.

Sunday brought the Summit to PFP. This year, the Varsity School and Futures Program welcomed Ally Carda, who shared her journey as an Olympic Athlete and gave powerful insights into the importance of mental wellness, resilience, and the mindset it takes to thrive on and off the field!

These moments remind us why we love what we do—building connections, learning from the best, and creating an environment where athletes and coaches can grow. Here's to more weekends like this!

It’s been exactly one week since the Dodger’s won the World Series and there were a few moments that stood out to me that I want to apply to my own game.

Mental Strength: The Dodgers’ Game 5 comeback was all about resilience. As an outfielder who doesn’t always start, I stay ready for any chance to contribute—defense, pinch-running, or batting.

Teamwork: Watching Betts and Freeman reminds me that every role matters. Together, we can do anything!

Slumps Happen: Seeing Judge’s struggles was a reminder that even the best have tough days. I’m battling my own hitting slump but staying focused on the basics and trying to not get frustrated.

Adaptability: Like the Yankees rotating roles, I’m learning from playing outfield on my travel team and shortstop in high school. Every position builds new skills and shows my versatility.

Thanks for following my journey—your support means a lot!
