One year ago today I taught my 1st @tracyandersonmethod class on my own 🥹 I was so scared but @oliviaschaferelias gave me and my fellow trainees all the tools needed including lots of emotional support 🙈🩷 my TA journey started in 2020 streaming during Covid with my roomies. I couldn’t even get through one full class 😅 but I fell in love with this way of movement and knew I aligned with Tracy on so many levels. Since that time I knew I wanted to be a trainer. Fast forward to December 2024, I started the audition process and by the following May I was teaching. I’m so thankful for the humans that this has brought into my life and for how strong and healthy I feel. Seriously a dream come true. Cheers to many years ahead 🥰❤️

MSG, 1999-2000.

@myaplanet9 brought everything to every stage, an absolute pro! Incredible dancer and singer and sweet person. Honored to dance with her and choreograph these unforgettable moments. This song will always be one of my favorites.
Special love to Maya and my NYC dancers — you’re the best. #MSG #1999 #MiracleOn34thStreet #Choreography
