Some friendships survive time. Some survive distance. But the really good ones? They make room for your becoming. 🤎

There’s something beautiful about having people in your life who can hold space for your growth, extend grace when your seasons don’t look the same, and create the kind of emotional safety where you don’t have to perform, shrink, or have it all figured out.

My girl Ro pulled up to the table, and we talked about what it means to be that kind of friend and to have those kinds of friendships 🤞🏾

Episode 5: At the Same Table: Friendship & Emotional Safety is out now. 🎧

My own little diner. Another transformation complete.

Of the handful of personal projects I’ve done so far, I was the most hesitant about this one, but it’s probably my favorite 😌

It’s #wallwednesday and we love nothing more than an intentional space to work from. Ro @accordingtoro has created the cutest workspace adorned with her favorite things.

The accent wall color, celebration of achievement & of course dope album choice makes this the perfect backdrop for an office! We love it! 🥰
