I’m tired of hiding behind hoodies.
Tired of getting out of breath.
Tired of looking in the mirror and not recognizing myself.

For a long time I laughed it off, avoided it, or told myself “I’ll start tomorrow.” But the truth is… being overweight has affected my confidence, my energy, my discipline, and even how I move through life.

So this isn’t just about losing weight anymore.
It’s about getting my life back. With consistency, discipline, prayer, hard workouts, healthier habits, I’ll definitely become the man I know I’m supposed to be.

This is the beginning of my transformation.
And this time, I’m not quitting. 💪🏾
