POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

About a year and 4 months ago my bro @godsvalet started a Bible study on Tuesdays at a gym on the east side and named it “God & Gains”. While I sure gained weight in all the wrong places in my flesh, my spirit man was juiced up on God’s steroids planted in me by my pastor @pastortapp and all these amazing God fearing men I’ve met along the way. About a year ago it was moved to his house and I caught a vision of me being baptized in his pool by him & my pastor. My pastor couldn’t make it but @andrewlealofi filled in and we finally made it happen. God been wanting 100% of me for a long time and has backed me into a corner cul de sac to pull it off. This group of men has grown to over 80 gentlemen and many of them are stylist or barbers themselves and when I felt like giving up and going back to what I know I leaned on them and family to push thru. What a walk this last year and half has been. Unemployed divorced and homeless God made a way and gave me a vision. Now I have to see it through because I owe him and I owe myself. Give yourself a chance and a choice to be great💯 Thank you to all my family and my brothers from another. Thank you God for changing up my circle you know I needed it🙏🏼 #begreat #godsplan #seekhimfirst

Tuesday night Bible study looked a little different this week. 🎬🔥

We stepped out of our usual Bible study setting and went together to watch Daniel and the Fiery Furnace.

A night of brotherhood, encouragement, and a powerful reminder of what it means to stand firm in faith when the pressure is on.

Because Bible study isn’t just about learning God’s Word.

It’s about living it.

Grateful for these men and the opportunity to grow in faith together. 🙏

Every Saturday at 7AM, we show up.

We worship.
We pray.
We open God’s Word.
We encourage one another.
And we grow together.

“Just as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

It’s more than a Bible study. It’s a group of men committed to helping each other become stronger in our faith and closer to Christ.

If you’ve been looking for a place to grow, ask questions, build friendships, and start your Saturday grounded in God’s Word, come join us.

Saturday • 7:00 AM 🙏

Can I be vulnerable with y’all?
Lately I’ve been battling my thoughts,
hurting and pushing away the people I love.
I promise it’s not you…
I’m sorry. Please don’t hate me.

Truth is, I didn’t know how to ask,
“Would you fight these demons with me?”

Wish I could say it the way I pen my words poetically.
You loved when I used to sing to you,
but the truth is…
you were always my favorite melody.
And them car rides?
By far some of my favorite memories.

Maybe it’s too much to ask,
but please… don’t stop praying for me.

But if you ever I’ll be here
Choosing to fight.
Choosing to heal.
Choosing to lean on the One who made me
So I’ll keep fighting.
Keep healing.
Keep loving.
Keep living.
