What comes out of your mouth carries a lot more weight than you think. You don't have to be a believer for this to be true. #rap #powerofwords #encouragement #speak #truth #gifted #people

Dear, Son
Today I walk across this stage, master’s degree in hand, but my greatest title will always be ‘Mom.’ This moment is a testament to God’s grace, strength, and faithfulness, and to the promise I carry in my heart for you, my son. Today, I hold this degree not just as my achievement, but as your inheritance. May this be your beginning, not your limit.

Every sacrifice, every tear, every prayer brought us here. I did this so you would know what’s possible but more than that, so you would know that with God, ALL things are. My ceiling is your floor. You are called for greater.

Son, there is an anointing on your life, and I already see the seeds of purpose blooming in you. Jesus said, ‘Greater works shall you do,’ and I believe that with my whole heart for you. May this milestone be your launching pad into destiny. You were born to do more, reach higher, and walk boldly in all God has called you to be. Now GO forth in HIM and do Gods work with love in your heart, peace sharing the gospel boldly. Dream without fear. Go farther than I ever could. And don’t stop—until the whole world hears.”
.

If your Bible has more dust on the outside than highlighter marks on the inside, this msg is for you. If your Prayers are all about yourself, this msg is for you. If you've fallen into the 'Playing Church' trap and treat it as if it's a social club or something you can add to your resume, this msg is for you. If you are hiding who you really are, this msg is for you. If you're convicted, that's proof that GOD LOVES YOU. Today is a great day to get back on track. I encourage you to open your Bible and 'Study to show yourself approved.' If you have trouble Praying for others, you can start by Praying with and for me. I'm believing GOD for SUPERNATURAL HEALING after a recent surgery and a new infection. Keep up the good work and stay Blessed 🙏💪#faith #bible #prayer #bibleverse #history #fyp #conviction #help #christian #jesus #god #discipline #relationships #christianity #intimate #jesus #preach #teach #encourage #realitycheck #blessed #blessings #responsibility #duty

Honestly , I need to work on myself more. I need to stop worrying about the little things. More importantly, the stress eating needs to stop. I’m looking at this right now….and I’m leaving this as my before video. Now it’s time to get to the “after look”. I’m on my time now, I need to focus on what’s good for me and the people who will help not hinder. #health #Workout #Training #summertime #cardio #running #burn #diet #exercise #phoenix #entertainment #max #talkshow #comedy #thunder #zone #wrestling #comingsoon #staytuned #theroad #thejourney

Todays Regiment

50 stomach crunches
50 leglifts for each leg
25 half body push-ups
50 pelvic hip thrusts

Plus another 5K done!
(3.02 + .40 to account for the walk home back from park 🤪😃)

People think I’m crazy
People think I’m determined
People love my energy
People think I’m trying to prove something

Wanna know the truth ?
I stopped caring what people think ever since my father passed away

(10 years to date)

I just keep thinking about the last conversation we had and what he said to me

“If you’re making good money and you’re not hurting anybody, and everybody’s happy at home, don’t give a crap what anybody thinks about you”

Even when you’re gone, you inspire me

I miss you, Dad ❤️
