Pilot!! No better end to a story. Over summer I was blessed with the opportunity to get my private pilot’s license. Delaware State University hosted myself and jrotc cadets from all over the country and gave us a shot at flight. Over the 8 week program there were early mornings and late nights, frustration and success. My CFI’s had their work cut out for them, but they pushed me beyond any potential I thought possible and got me into the position of distinguished graduate. As for the kids, it was an honor to learn along side each one of them. Y’all truly made it a summer to remember. Can’t wait to be back up in the air with y’all, but next time I’ll be moving a little bit faster 🦅🇺🇸
