Today I learned (or was reminded of):
1.) @acetrainer11 walks like, I mean, is a total baddie and always ready to kick some ass.
2.) (As she said) she’s ALWAYS in my corner.
3.) I can (still) do hard things.
4.) It’s ok to be uncomfortable and ask for help (no one gives a shit what you’re doing, they’re there for them)
5.) I really missed the bar 🥹
6.) It’s always ok to restart.. it’s not okay to give up.

Another Lit-Tuesday! Thanks Coach 🧡 #highgear #trainergetstrained #dohardthings

Come hang out with Coach April—she cannot wait to see you!

“I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2014 and love competing, working hard and sweating alongside friends in class.

Over the years, I’ve competed at the Masters Fitness Collective in 2022 and Legends in 2023—and in 2026, I qualified for the semifinals for the first time! I’ve also completed two HYROX Doubles races, numerous half marathons and a Spartan race. More than anything, I just love having fun with fitness.

I’m a wife, a mother of four and a dog lover. I moved to Ohio in 2022 and have lived in six different states. I was a college softball player and have been a group exercise instructor for more than 15 years.

When I’m not at the gym, I love sports, outdoor activities, cooking, playing cards and spending time with my family.”

Join Coach April on Tuesday nights at 5:30 and 6:30 PM! 💪

You can work out alone… but you were never meant to do life that way. 🖤

At HighGear, the workout may bring you through the door—but it’s the people beside you who help you keep showing up.

They’ll cheer for your wins, push you when you need it and remind you that you’re capable of more than you think.

Come for the workout. Stay for the people.
Find your strength. Find your crew.

Your crew is waiting at HighGear. 💪

#7 – Adam Chopp 🧡💚
The Power of Consistency | PREPAREDNESS

As I count down to 3,300 Orangetheory classes—averaging 300+ classes a year for 11 years—I’m honoring the people who taught me the power of consistency.

Ten years ago, Adam Chopp’s training, courage, and quick actions gave me a second chance at life. My wellness journey prepared my body to fight. Adam’s preparedness gave me the opportunity to keep living it.

Never underestimate the power of being prepared. One day, your actions could change someone else’s life.

Because it’s NEVER2LATE. 🧡

Just a little glimpse of what Sundays at HighGear are all about. 💚🖤

Coach Chris’s Level Up class is always a great way to wrap up the weekend. There’s plenty of hard work, lots of smiles, and enough sweat to know you earned it.

And if you’ve ever been to one of Chris’s classes, you know one thing is guaranteed… you never know what the playlist is going to be! 🎶 That’s half the fun.

If you’re looking for a welcoming group, a great workout, and an hour that leaves you feeling better than when you walked in, join us next Sunday. We’d love to have you!

I rang the bell today. 🔔❤️

Not just at the finish line of the adidas 10K Paris—but in celebration of life, healing, and hope.

A few years ago, I rang a bell after finishing radiation treatments and beating cancer. Today, I rang one after running for cancer research with Gustave Roussy.

There’s still time to help us reach our goal of $1,999.

Never use this page but why not.. for no one but myself to keep track of progress.

Do I care anymore about being the fastest or best at everything in the room? Nope. Do I care about the flab you can see on my thighs when I row? NOPE. I DO see someone that just accomplished something they thought they couldn’t do just five months ago all because she has people in her life that believe in her and made her believe in herself more... in fitness and in life. @acetrainer11 @a_garuccio6317 @coachrobrunsfast @jacklyn.rose816 @notarystrongsville @avery.nicholson14 #findyourtribe #hyrox #hyroxnyc #fitness
