‘Twas a long short one last weekend. Definitely one that deserves a permanent spot on the feed. Left Portland feeling extremely grateful, tired, and also with a lot less gas 😅😌

Last weekend, we were thrilled to be part of @beavado’s surprise 40th birthday celebration!

It’s not every day you turn 40, and let me tell you… Duy’s family and friends went ALL OUT! Although @the.tipsy.elephant was contracted to bartend a birthday party, by the time everything came together, it truly felt like a small wedding. And somehow, the birthday boy didn’t have a clue! What a success!

The food was AMAZING, the desserts were absolutely delicious and TE kept the drinks flowing all evening. The best part? Everywhere we looked, you could see just how loved this man is.

The hospitality extended to us, too. Throughout the evening, Duy’s mama and aunties kept checking on us: “Did you eat yet?” “Make sure you eat!” And before we left, they made sure my team and I went home with BOXES of food. Trust me, it didn’t take much convincing.

As I was saying my goodbyes at the end of the night, I saved Mama Duy for last. She pulled me in for the biggest Mama hug, thanked us again and told me that TE is officially the family’s go-to for bar services. Now THAT is one of the biggest compliments we could receive! 🥹🖤

Happy 40th, Duy! You are clearly so incredibly loved by your family and friends! We’re grateful The Tipsy Elephant got to play a little part in such a special celebration.

Cheers to 40 years, My Dear! 🥃

Apparently, turning 15 does NOT mean Mama gets the night off. Dangnit! 🫠

Another birthday, another request from Maddie & Brookie for a home-cooked feast with the family, featuring some of their favorites: Mama’s Coconut Curry Dungeness Crab & Shrimp and Chicken Khao Poon, while Big Bro Justin handled the grill with some delicious Beef Ribeyes with spicy Jeow Som. 🔥

Happy 15th Birthday, Mads & B! No matter how grown you get, Mama will always cook your favorites. 💞

🏃‍♂️ Runners: Creatine isn’t just for bodybuilders.

If you’re training for your next 5K, 10K, half marathon, or marathon, Creatine + HMB may be worth adding to your performance routine.

Here’s why runners are turning to Creatine + HMB:

💪 Support strength & power
⚡ Support high-intensity efforts like sprints, hills & intervals
🔄 Support muscle recovery after hard training
🦵 Help support lean muscle during high-volume training
🏋️ Complement your running + strength-training routine

Whether you’re chasing a PR or simply trying to become a stronger runner, your training isn’t just about running more—it’s about training smarter and recovering well.

Saturday was NO JOKE. 🔥💪

Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up and absolutely GAVE IT THEIR ALL at F45 Pearl District for an epic HYROX-style workout! 🥵 That class tested us in every possible way, but we all made it through — together.

And a special thank you to @_whitney.j for leading the charge and bringing the energy! 🙌🔥 You put us through it, and we loved every second of it!

The best part? SO MANY NEW FACES! 👏

This is exactly why we love throwing events like this. It’s not just about the workout — it’s about showing up, pushing each other, meeting new people, building community, and creating memories along the way.

We’re here for the sweat, the challenge, the energy, and most importantly… THE COMMUNITY. ❤️

That’s the Thenticated Lifestyle.™

Show up. Put in the work. Find your people. Live authentically.

Until the next one… 👀🔥

Before the night is over, WE are shouting HAPPY 1ST ANNIVERSARY to one of our favorite couples WE had the honor of catering for!

On August 2, 2025 @andrealauuu and @bbqduck had a wedding reception hosting 450 guests! And let us tell you, it was a wedding for the ages! “A TIME WAS HAD!” is a massive understatement!

WE provided Cocktail Hour hors d'oeuvres services— specifically Quail Eggs Balut. Yes, you read that correctly. IYKYK! 🔥 WE also created their Che Thai Bar (Vietnamese Dessert), as well as full hosted bar service.

Thank you, Andrea & Duc for having WE part of your special day!

P.S. Apologies for the one year delay in posting photos/videos from your amazing wedding reception. 2025 was a crazy year for WE (in a great way). But, better late than never, right? 😬😆

WE LOVE Y’ALL!!! 🤍
