Annual 3 Day DMV Nationals Prep Camp another banger!!! Over 3 days & 7 sessions we got technical work, tactical work, test matches, and TKD Specific S&C ran by Belgium Olympic Coach @leonardo_gambluch The precision and attention to detail was unmatched.

Athlete pool, coaching lineup, S&C was all top tier and I’m sure every athlete in that room was able to pick up some gems. Thanks my brothers @sohwonkim for putting this camp together, @jyoo_703 for hosting us all, and to all coaches and athletes for making this camp possible. Nationals in 2 weeks we on Fury Timing! ⚡️
