Behind every graduate is someone who believed in them. For 166 HBCU scholars, that someone is the Franklins.

We are honored to announce Dwight Franklin and LaShelle Franklin, Esq. as recipients of the Adreina Rainey Humanitarian Award, the highest honor of the Achieve M.O.O.R.E. Foundation.

In 2014, the Franklins co-founded the Williams-Franklin Foundation to meet the financial needs of HBCU students and connect them to the people and opportunities that open doors. Today, LaShelle leads the foundation as CEO, and Dwight serves as Chair of the Board while also leading Professional Management Consulting Services, LLC as President & CEO. To date, they have awarded nearly $600,000 in scholarships across 27 HBCUs, with a 100% graduation rate.

Generosity is measured by the doors you open for others. Few have opened more than the Franklins.

Introducing the Adreina Rainey Humanitarian Award, the highest honor of the Achieve M.O.O.R.E. Foundation.

A humanitarian is someone who dedicates their life to serving others, expecting nothing in return. That was my grandmother. Her door was always open, her table always had room, and anyone who walked into her home left feeling cared for.

In August, she transitioned to heaven, but her legacy lives on through the many lives she impacted, both directly and indirectly. This award will honor those who mirror her heart and pour into their communities the way she did.

Our first recipients will be announced soon, so stay tuned. Join us as we celebrate them at the inaugural Hands of Time Gala on December 5, 2026. Tickets are available at the link in our bio. 🤲🏽⏳

Some people climb. Others build the staircase.

We are proud to announce the first honoree of our inaugural Hands of Time Gala: @bthompsonofficial , recipient of The B.O.W.Y. Award.

B.O.W.Y. means “Bring Others With You”. It is the belief at the center of everything the Achieve M.O.O.R.E. Foundation does, and it is why Bryce was chosen.

Success is often measured by how high one person can rise. Bryce measures it by how many people rise with him. As an author, he puts what he has learned into the hands of people still finding their way. As an entrepreneur and the founder behind @1houseg , he builds things that outlast a single moment. And through the @iamsfoundationorg , he turns his own success into opportunity for others.

That is the kind of leadership our students need to see. Not success that closes the door behind it, but success that holds the door open.

On December 5, we honor Bryce for the people he has carried forward, and for the ones who will rise because of him.

The Achieve M.O.O.R.E. Foundation helps students from underserved communities get to college, finish their degree, and launch their careers, with scholarships, mentors who have walked the path, and a real pipeline into the workforce.

Why it matters: only 14% of students from the lowest-income families earn a bachelor’s degree by age 24 (Pell Institute). Cost and support decide who finishes. We exist to change that.

So far, we have:
🎓 Awarded $100,000 in scholarships
🤝 Built a community of 400+ volunteers
⏳ Given 3,697 hours of service
🏛 Partnered with 3 colleges (@morehouse1867 , @spelman_college, @cau1988 )

On December 5, we gather for the 1st Annual Hands of Time Gala, a black tie evening celebrating 10 years of academic success and community ascension. Our goal for the night: raise $100,000, the first step toward $1 million for the next generation of scholars and leaders.

Despite the rain, we had a FULL HOUSE for our third annual 9/11 Day of Service at Morehouse College, in partnership with @AchieveMoore!

Students from across the AUC — including Morehouse and Spelman — showed up to serve, with CASA, NAACP, Morehouse Motors, ROTC, Cali Club, and other organizations represented.

As we commemorated the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, we made sure our young volunteers understood why we serve. None of the students in the room were born when 9/11 happened.

We shared the history of 9/11, observed a moment of silence, created a Memory Wall, and heard veterans share their personal memories of that day.

Then we turned remembrance into action. ❤️ Volunteers made no-sew blankets, assembled comfort and wellness kits, prepared supplies and wrote messages of encouragement.

We were honored to have Southern Crescent Veteran Services in the room with us — and at the end of the day, they took everything our volunteers created to help bring comfort and support to the veterans they serve. 🇺🇸

They may not have lived through 9/11, but this generation can carry forward its legacy of unity, compassion and service.

Thank you to @911Day, @AmeriCorps, @AchieveMoore and everyone who served with us!

We remember. We serve. We give hope.
