Leadership is a responsibility. It’s a responsibility to see those around us rise, to be a better version of themselves.

It is showing up despite challenges and when it’s easier to give up. It is pushing forward because of the belief that the future can be better 🌟

Q2 has been an awakening experience. We proved to ourselves that even if we can’t see the road ahead, as long as we move together, the path will appear.

Thank you to my Board of Directors and members for all your contributions this quarter 🙏🏼 To our founders and past presidents, thank you for your belief and support in us!

Through our projects we have made our community better and in the process made ourselves better as well. I’m proud of each and every one of you.

Let’s continue this momentum into Q3 and Be The One ☝️

It's been so hot and humid recently, that all I think about is refreshing food and drinks 🤣 And what better way to usher in the 🔥 summer than with Summer Specials @kohaku_sabo 😉 They are available for a limited time only, so do check them out!
.
Think zesty Seafood Peperoncino Udon, springy udon that is tossed with seafood, garlic, and topped with lemon for that refreshing zest 🍋 I was a huge fan of their Unagi Ochazuke, comforting yet umami, with a huge slab of grilled eel placed over steamed rice and topped with hot dashi broth!
.
If you enjoy Tempura, the Summer Tendon is a guilty pleasure, featuring a selection of vegetables, prawn tempura, and aromatic curry powder on the side.
.
The drinks were just too cute to resist, with the Mini Cat Pudding (Matcha Frappe topped with a Cat Pudding) being a favourite for me 💚 If you're looking for something more refreshing, the Goldfish Bowl Lemonade is citrusy and cold, making it a great summer drink. Last but not least, the Mango Mont Blanc features juicy mango and vanilla ice cream, topped with a creamy mascarpone mont blanc sauce!
