Happy National Coaches Day! 🤍 So grateful I get to do what I love every day and that this sport has brought some of my best friends, mentors, and most FAVORITE people into my life. So thankful for each of you and everything I continue to learn from you!
Couldn’t possibly fit everyone in one post… blame Instagram’s 20-picture limit 😂🫶🏼 So so grateful everyday for this sport ❤️ (except the few days I question why we choose the coaching life 🤪🤣)

A proper Throwback Thursday 🧡 With college football back I couldn’t not throw it back to my days cheering in the orange! Stillwater will always have a piece of my heart and I’ll forever be grateful for these memories 😍🧡

What an incredible weekend at NCA College Camp with UNT! 💚
I’m so thankful for these athletes who show up every day, work so so hard, and trust the process. Watching their growth in the last two weeks and last year has been so rewarding.

I’m also beyond grateful for my village-the people who pour into this program and help give these athletes every opportunity to be their best. It truly takes a team, and I couldn’t do it without them. 💚

This season was truly the most memorable from my whole career, from being awarded the MVP of the inaugural season of @procheerleague , going undefeated in Hang Time with the best basket group ( @amazingjamestho @thegreatshoootz @ca_bigjoe @samortiz01_ ) to bringing home my 5th Gold Medal with @usa_cheer and living out my dream of being a Wildcat with @cheerathletics ❤️💙🇺🇸

I’m so blessed with these opportunities that cheerleading has given me, the incredible people I’ve gotten to meet and help inspire, and the worlds most incredible coaches in the industry 🇺🇸
