HOW DO YOU COPE WITH STRESS?

For me, it depends on where the stress is coming from.
If it "seems" in my control or not.
We all know that it's how we react to a situation that makes it more stressful ... and we all know that sometimes it's really hard not to react.

Here is a secret...
✨I'm truly in the stress management business.
✨My focus is to help you identify and minimize stress. Stress can come at you from all directions, especially internally and you can have hidden stressors you didn't even know you had.
👉All Stress = Emotional + Mental + Physical

One of the most important questions I need to understand from a client to EMPACT their health is:
🔮How do you cope with stress?
🔮Do you turn inward or outward?
🔮Do you turn towards or away from food, people, good/bad habits?
👉How does your gut, brain, energy react?

Using the EMPACT Method we then address each area to help relieve stressors in your life that are affecting your gut, brain and energy.

This is a recent picture of my sister and I. She is everything to me.
When I feel that I am having outward stress, a situation that is out of my control, I always want to spend time with her to get out of my own head and back into positive clear energy.

To be reminded that almost everything can be handled especially when you reframe and reset your mindset.

She is my sage and support. Thank you dear sister. I love you.

Tell me, How do you cope with stress?👇👇👇

May the 4th be with you! ❤️ Spring Gratitude!! I feel very fortunate to have extra time AND to be in good health to enjoy the mountains this year!
In the past going on an all day hike with my moody gut would of not been an option. It was an amazing experience to be in control of my body and enjoy a beautiful sunny snowy hike in Winter Park!

How are you connecting with nature this Spring or where do you want to go?
