@bananasssssssss likes his greasers. I’m just over here testing the @acme_aero pro series. Finesse isn’t my number 1 priority on a short backcountry strip. I like to put as much energy into shocks and bushwheels I can to shorten the roll-out. With one goal in mind, not to do too much and break the airplane. This technique has changed over the years with the advancement of suspension has increased. You’d never use this technique with bungees and hydrosorbs.

Redwing (2N6). The lighting at this airport when the Sun starts to set is 👌 Just me, the Super Cub and a lot of Deer.

(Also, for anyone local to NJ that needs any work done to their airplane, from Yaks, to Super Cubs, to 172s, reach out to @mortsaero . He did all the work on the Super Cub 🤙🏼

Lots of questions about what cameras I use. Although cameras do play one of the biggest roles, I would say camera settings and color grading are generally the most important things for the best output. Camera angles and the quality of the mounts are also really important for keeping your footage looking crispy.

I tend to enjoy more cinematic looking footage than the traditional POV vibrant footage we see coming out of action cams.

This shows the transition from boring log footage to footage that tells a story. I really enjoy this part of the process. The footage comes to life.

Running the Cahaba River in the @patriot.aircraft Super Patriot Mark I! This is adventure flying! ✈️ 🙌

Come along with Don Wade and me as we follow the bends of the Cahaba River through beautiful Alabama!

What impressed me most? 👀 The incredible visibility through the removable front and rear windows—and how stable the airplane felt while banking through the turns.

✈️ Aircraft: Super Patriot Mark I
👨‍✈️ Flying with: Don Wade
📍 Cahaba River, Alabama
🛩️ Patriot Aircraft: Bibb County Airport (0A8), Centreville, Alabama

🔧 A look at this Super Patriot:
⚙️ Lycoming IO-320 engine
🔥 Titanium exhaust
🦿 Acme titanium landing gear and shocks
🛞 35-inch Alaskan Bushwheel tires
🔴 Beringer wheels and brakes
🤠 King Ranch leather interior
🧭 Autopilot
👀 Removable front and rear windows

🎥 POV captured with my @oakley Vanguard Meta AI glasses—bringing you along for the ride!

Following the river with those wide-open views made this a flight to remember. Thank you, Don, for taking me flying and letting me experience the Super Patriot firsthand! ✈️

Drove this thing on like I just got back from cirrus training. All jokes aside. There were some funky winds and some sheer caused from a hill you can’t see in the video but it felt like my first beer all over again.
