We’re back for our final edition of #MeetExecMonday🩵🧸✨ Meet our Vice President of New Member Education and Member Experience, Analee Donaldson! Here’s what she has to say about her time in Alpha Phi,

“Hey y’all! My name is Analee Donaldson, and I am elated to serve as this year’s Vice President of New Member Education and Member Experience for Alpha Phi Iota Mu! I am a rising third year Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering major with a minor in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences.

I had such a fabulous experience throughout the recruitment process and opening my Alpha Phi bid was the cherry on top! I had no idea that the love I had for Alpha Phi during recruitment would grow tenfold as I got to know all the incredible women of this chapter. Alpha Phi has truly become a place where my passions are shared, dreams are supported, and values are appreciated.

Some of my most cherished memories are from my time as a new member. The new member retreat, joining my Pham, and being so effortlessly welcomed into this sisterhood are moments I will carry with me forever. In this time, I fostered so many friendships that I will have for a lifetime. Getting to lead the department that will create those moments for PC ‘26 is an honor I am forever grateful for.

Company Premiere 2026 was a night of tears, smiles, and so much dancing. It was a great way to kick off competition season. 2 competitive dancers under 6 is not for the faint of heart (thanks to the moms who helped me cut out ponytails and take out hair pins) but it is worth it to see how confident they are. 2.5 hours, 5 hair styles, 6 costumes, and lots of makeup later…. We survived. It was incredible seeing how much all the girls have grown since last season. Not sure where all of our babies went.
