Dang boy 😍 @acray99 .
One of my favorites from our recent shoot with @ejparcasio . I wanted to do an anniversary shoot and when I told Andy he wasn’t excited at all. He hates photo shoots, not taking pictures, just photo shoots. I forced him against his will, made him smile, and we had the best time. I am so happy we did this and also so happy @acray99 puts up with me 🙃

The best part about being married to @acray99 is knowing that he didn’t cry when he saw me walk down the aisle. BUT he did cry watching Ant Man 🙃 . . . Happy 2 years babe ❤️

An incredible honor to train with the @comptoncowboys a community group that is providing an alternative to gang culture in Compton, Ca. #mondaymotivation @rhone

Even during retirement, you never really hang up the boots.

How hard are the work outs with the @rhone fam? Extremely hard, until @jdy_photography gets within a 5 foot focal length and then the real work begins. That of trying to pretend your not dying and literally drowning in sweat while he snaps your potential last image.💀Such A fun experience to laugh and play with friends that want you to succeed both in and outside of the gym. Growing and going farther together. Push to your edge this week and try to encourage someone to do the same!!! 🖤🖤#foreverforward

Instagrams broke on my phone. Couldn’t post 3 days ago before i left town. 🤷🏼‍♀️ “One thing I’ve been learning is that I need to actively pursue a balance between body and mind. A legitimate practice and intention of being present and mindful. And as I’m heading south, 4 hours south to be exact, i will be doing exactly that. For the next 4 days I’ll be camped on the Mexican boarder at a @sacredsons men’s retreat. Digging into me, supported by a group of men that are there to not only support, but challenge me both emotionally and physically.
That being said, I would be remiss to not acknowledge the body part of my journey. And while over the years I’ve had the opportunity to train and workout alongside the industries top athletes and coaches, the home I’ve recently found within my Rhône family has been a real honor.
A group of fellow humans intent on pushing and pressing our bodies in constantly changing and varied types of exercises. Led by equally passionate coaches truly committed to their craft. Providing an environment to learn and maximize our time together.
So grateful for where I’ve come from and equally excited to see where I’ll continue to grow knowing that I’m fully supported at every turn.
Love you all!!!”
