A very late “thank you” to everyone who reached out on or around my birthday, and extra credit to everyone who did outside of fb/ig ❤️☺️❤️

i’ve been spending birthday weekends filming videos with old friend / babyangelprecious folks, and birthday weeks mixing records for @memoryentry with the engineer i’ve wanted to work with for upwards of 15 years… and finally have a band that calls@for it… haha… and it’s exciting as hell, and tiring as hell — but y’all made a newly older and always tired man feel a little less old and tired, in a world very much determined to do the opposite right now.

EXTRA extra credit to @leahmartinlane for always coming through on making the best cards (photo irritatingly not saved to this phone) and cakes, and making our rare days truly “off” together ultra fantastic…. even if we suck at taking pics of each other / ourselves (hence all the lovely #tamadrums on a stage pics). haha. iiiiiiiiiiiiii love you.

pretty fond of the rest of you too. 😜

one final plug— in the middle of all this memory entering, i’m playing EARLY sunday with @disparagermusic at Meadows (flyer last slide), and it would be rad to see you there — but seriously, if you show at 7pm , you’re late! 😁

anyway. thank y’all, see y’all soon. and/or in july, when i’m finally not hilariously overbooked.
🤘😁🤥😵‍💫🥴😴❤️🤘

first pic unrepentantly stolen from @keithrmont 😁

Honored to be involved in helping to bring this beast back to Vinyl and more in 2026

@unsaneband have re-released their 4th album OCCUPATIONAL HAZARD and it is angry. The mass of sound and fury that Vinnie, Dave and Chris brought here are unmatched. An incredible album that deserves this rebirth.

…and the pummeling continues with the included demos recorded at the Amrep Studios in Minneapolis. We found these while preparing files for mastering @acre.audio and what a gift it was. An incredible moment captured, this is exactly how I remember Unsane from this era.

Amazing mutant music…enjoy!
