2016!! Is it too late for this trend? No? cool. Cause honestly it was one of the most significant years of my life. ✨

In short (read through the posts too), but it was a year of insane amounts of training, multiple competitions, performances and a LOT of learning lessons as far as
O v e r t r a i n i n g goes 🫠 (when my ass tells you to REST id maybe listen to me cause I have learned through my mistakes over and over.)

It was the year I started wearing heels and allowing myself to dance SchmeXy (low key hate how long that took because YALL, the power you feel once you embrace that shit 🤌🏽)

It was the year I bought a one-way ticket, got rid of 90% of my belongings and solo traveled to Australia. Lol I literally didn’t even book a place to sleep until the night before I got on a plane 🤦‍♀️ - lesson learned and a story for another day.

It was the year I started to give less fucks.

A year I learned a lot about myself at my core.

And a year I embraced being an assertive badass bish.

ANYWAYS.. if anyone ever needs someone to convince you to quit your job or move to another country, I GOT YOU. 😘😜

2025 wasn’t an easy year, it was a lot of letting go, recreating, softening, slowing.. but looking back it held so much magic.

If you haven’t looked back at your year, no matter what it held, I suggest you do. There are countless lessons, spaces for gratitude, and time to reflect on how much you truly accomplished 🤍

Wishing you all an incredible year in 2026 - stepping into who you are a little deeper everyday.

Also a huge thank you to all of the incredible people I have in my life - you are truly the reason 2025 was all that it was ♥️✨

Thus we close out the last Sunday Funday of 2025. Always fun hanging out with @andreas.alfaro and @soop518 as well a major shoutout to @robertmartialartsfitness as well. It was really great meeting you this year and hope we can bring in more good vibes for 2026 onwards. Lastly, a special thanks and shout to @acrojames as well.
It was thanks to both you and Andreas that I’m able to get out of my comfort zone more and start to be more active and become slightly more confident in myself.
