Acro dance lifts are probably my favourite. Little bumpy at the end and my hand stand intro could be more gracious but overall fun times💃
Always a pleasure to play with you @jonhardybala! Dance sequence from Tuesday intermediate class at @acroumbrella , put together by talented @nicole.facebodywellness and @joe.polygon ✨ Can you ya imagine that I’ve tried acro for the first time this past May? 🤭 Forever grateful for everyone on this pass❤️

Just a few weeks post partum and @flying.she.base is already upside down and stronger than ever 💪

It’s been so beautiful watching your journey Steph. It’s been a beautiful journey that you’ve gone through Steph and bringing a baby into the Acro community is such a special thing.

Little Finley is in amazing hands with both you and Darnell, and we can’t wait to see him play, run, laugh and explore.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful flow and for your amazing energy 🫶

State of sobriety affects consent and safety in Acro - let’s keep each other safe! If you need support navigating those convos, I’m happy to help. If you have bandwidth to also offer support, please comment here so folks know they can reach out to you!

So good to be teaching again in Vancouver.

We shared an intermediate flow class with a little spicy twist using a blindfold to really feel sensitivity and connection. Big thank you to everyone who came and brought such great energy.

And of course, to @lilymariie for the incredible co teaching. It was a very special class ❤️

If you are in Vancouver and want to be part of a strong welcoming community check out @acroumbrella

They offer weekly classes in many Acro styles and it is a beautiful place to grow your practice and connect with amazing humans.

And shout out to @moodster01 for being an awesome videographer

Thank you all again 🙏

playfulness, delight & comfort in my handstand practice. My hands make me feel grounded and confident. What a privilege to share this practice with others now.
