Returning for a third year, Dr. Danielle Hass brings her extensive expertise in human anatomy and physiology. Passionate about empowering others, she shares how yoga can enhance overall well-being and quality of life.

I’ll be part of the Opening Ceremony, leading a 15-minute partner warm-up before Dr. Shawn kicks off the big 5K.

During one breakout sessions, I’ll be offering an Acro Yoga workshop. This session will guide you through foundational partner and acro poses, focusing on the essential techniques needed to grow your practice. We’ll start with a full-body warm-up, followed by stretching, core activation, counterbalances, and basic partner poses—all designed to build trust and clear communication. You’ll learn the roles of base and flyer, how to safely transition between poses, and proper spotting for a supportive experience.

I’ll also be leading a Partner Thai Yoga Massage workshop.
In this class, you and a partner will explore Thai massage techniques combined with soft tissue release and therapeutic stretches. Through floor-based acupressure and mindful touch, we’ll focus on deep relaxation, connection, and the balance of giving and receiving. No experience necessary—this workshop is open to all.

Acro yoga is a journey, not a destination, and I've come to appreciate my fellow travellers so much over the past decade.

What a beautiful, vibrant community we're building. Here's to more connection and discovery in 2025.

2024 was one for the books. So much abundance, change and renewal, it's kind of hard to wrap my head around it all. So I try and remain in the present, give myself grace when I fail and always see the silver linings that life inevitably reveals if I'm patient and curious enough to look.

This much I know for certain... I love my family, my friends and my life. Here's to 2025 bringing us all more challenges, wisdom, growth and unforgettable experiences.
