Seminar and group private at @islandjiujitsu 🏝️🥋

Had an amazing time in Honolulu. Every student showed up hungry to learn — I’m super impressed with the level of technique and focus from everyone. Beyond the cool moves, it’s the character and mindset jiu-jitsu develops that make the biggest difference.

Excited to be back soon! Thank you Professor Jason and Paul for the opportunity 🙏

No-Gi Pan Ams Double Gold 🥇🥇

5 fights, 4 submissions — no points conceded. Starting off the No-Gi season strong. Super happy with my performance and the techniques I was able to showcase. No slowing down — excited to compete at the last major of the year this December at the No-Gi World Championship.

Thank you to my family, team, and everyone who has helped me along the journey. All the glory to God 🤍

Performance. Technology. Style.

When the equipment matches the level of the fight, every detail matters.

I’m grateful to be part of this team, and I truly value it!

IBJJF American Nationals ‘26 | Black Belt Adult Rooster Weight 🥉

This weekend wasn’t about chasing a medal.
It was about answering a question I’ve been asking myself for a long time. .

Do I still belong here?

After turning 30, I stepped away from Adult competition and shifted my focus to the Masters division. That decision led to one of the proudest moments of my career, winning World Masters as a Brown Belt before earning my Black Belt.

Naturally, I thought the next chapter would be chasing a World Masters title at Black Belt. I even competed at PAN as a Master 1 athlete. But if I’m being completely honest with myself, something didn’t feel right. I wasn’t disconnected from competing, I was disconnected from the mission.

Then I watched this year’s World Championships. .

Watching the best athletes in the world reminded me of the kid who started this journey 14 years ago. The kid who sacrificed relationships, time, comfort, and certainty because he believed one day he could become an Adult Black Belt World Champion.

That dream never left. . it was just waiting for me to have the courage to chase it again.

Coming into American Nationals, I wasn’t expecting answers from the podium. I wanted to know if I could still stand across from the current generation of Adult Black Belts and belong.

I lost 2-0 by submission late in the match.

Of course I wanted a different result. But when I walked off the mat, I didn’t leave discouraged.

I left convinced.

Convinced that with the right work, greater preparation, and continued technical growth, I can compete with the best in this division.

Winning World Masters as a Brown Belt didn’t satisfy the dream, it only reminded me why I started chasing it in the first place.

World Masters will always be there.
The opportunity to chase an Adult Black Belt World Championship won’t.

So I’m choosing to give everything I have to this next chapter.

The dream never changed.
Only the path did.

So we begin again on the Road to Worlds ’27

WORLD CHAMPION 🌎🥇

6 fights, 6 wins.

I felt great throughout the tournament, was able to impose my game in every match and perform at a high level from start to finish

Thank you to everyone who believed in me. This is only the beginning
