Designing homes for the life ahead.

As we move through life, our relationship with our home changes. We may spend more time in it, enjoy it differently, and expect it to support our comfort, independence and well-being in new ways.

It was great spending time with Heather and exploring how Aging in Place, wellness and smart-home technology can come together to create homes that adapt to us — naturally, intelligently and without unnecessary complexity.

At DOMOVITA, we believe technology works best when it becomes almost invisible: quietly supporting comfort, safety, wellness and independence while allowing us to simply enjoy our home.

Looking forward to continuing these conversations and exploring how wellness expertise and intelligent technology can help us live better at home — today and for the life ahead.

Make your home wellness-smart.

Sincere thanks to everyone who is helping bring these conversations around longevity, wellness, technology and better living forward:

What if technology could help every space activate us to live, work and perform better?

At @domovita.tech , we believe smart technology should go far beyond controlling devices. It should help create environments that understand people — adapting lighting, climate, air quality, comfort, security and experiences to the way we live.

And that vision doesn’t stop at home.

Homes. Offices. Hospitality. Wellness spaces. Sports environments.

At CEDIA Expo 2026, we had the opportunity to spend time with the Aqara team and explore some of the possibilities that intelligent spaces can create.

A special thank you to Cathy You for being so open, welcoming and willing to exchange ideas with us. Conversations like these are where exciting possibilities begin.

We see tremendous potential at the intersection of technology, wellness and sports, and we’re excited about what could come next.

The future isn’t just about smart homes.
It’s about intelligent spaces that help us live better.

More to come.

Make your space wellness-smart.

We had the opportunity to experience this incredible technology firsthand at CEDIA Expo 2026 in Denver, and to connect with the C SEED and Bugatti teams behind it.

When technology becomes part of the architecture, luxury reaches another level.

C SEED x Bugatti brings together extraordinary design, engineering and innovation in a screen worthy of a 007 movie — appearing when you want it and disappearing when you don’t, leaving the architecture and the view completely untouched.

At DOMOVITA, this is how we see the future of the home: technology should enhance the experience, not dominate the space.

Design. Luxury. Technology. Well-being.
Seamlessly integrated around the way you live.

Make your home wellness-smart with DOMOVITA.

Great to be part of today’s “Integrator of 2030” session with Rich Green, Peter Aylett and Paul Dolenc at @cediaexpo 2026.

Thank you to them and to CEDIA for inviting us to cover this important conversation about where our industry is heading.

One message strongly confirmed what we’ve been envisioning at DOMOVITA: wellness and human-centric design will be key pillars of the next generation of smart homes.

Homes are evolving from spaces we simply control into environments that can intelligently understand and support the people living in them.

That’s exactly the future we’re working toward with our Wellness Smart concept.

The future of the smart home is human-centric. And wellness will be at the center of it.

When we talk about wellness in a space, we usually think about air, water or lighting. But sound matters too.

What you’re seeing at our hotel lobby today in Denver, is an acoustic felt wall treatment. It’s designed not only as an architectural feature, but to absorb sound and reduce reverberation.

Think about a hotel lobby or restaurant full of people. Voices bounce off hard surfaces, overlap, and suddenly the space feels loud and uncomfortable. Materials like this help control that acoustic environment.

And that’s something we talk about at DOMOVITA when we talk about Wellness Smart environments: technology and design working together to create spaces that don’t just look better — they help us feel better.
