⁣“I’m a certified human potential life coach by profession and have a human resources background. My personal transformation journey includes the career break that I took for close to a decade when I had my 2 kids.⠀
⠀
Being a stay at home mom was fulfilling for sure but I always felt something was missing. I was constantly in search of my purpose in life and the value that I can add with my presence. I was quite low on my own self confidence at that point and felt like I can never make a difference. Though emotionally gratifying to be a stay at home mom, I missed the intellectual stimulation of being a career woman and the comradeship that accompanies it. I was quite depressed, confused, anxious and stressed out most of the time. I kept suppressing my emotions quite a bit, which led me to have thyroid issues and in 2017 I underwent a total thyroid removal surgery. Doctors told me stress was the main cause for my thyroid issue and I rapidly started gaining weight post my surgery. This deepened my self confidence issues. I then went to a nutrition coach who rewired my belief that I can never lose weight - that's what all the doctors told me - that losing weight at my levels of thyroid was close to impossible. Working with my nutrition coach and working out regularly, I managed to lose about 7kgs in a span of 3 months. I started to feel good about myself post losing those extra pounds and more energetic. Though I was happy with the visible results, I still felt something was missing in my life. I kept looking for my purpose in life.⠀
⠀
That's when I stumbled upon coaching. What I learnt in my course I applied on myself and now I would to like to help millions of others through my motivational messages and videos and also through sharing my own personal experiences. I set up my coaching business @activate.you to help others who are struggling with a fixed mindset and need help in achieving their life goals.” (continued in comments)
