Iā€™m so excited to introduce evin for her debut in Naarm next Friday the 23rd of October at Miscellania. I first heard @e3v1nā€™s sound through her @punctuality.records mix earlier this year. I was listening on the beach, the sun was out, blue skies, and the music was such a vibe (slide 5 for a preview). Truly a perfect fit for ultraviolet and I (jaevin) canā€™t wait to experience this night with you all :~) Berlin-based DJ and founder of the party series Club Savvy, @e3v1n has been steadily making her mark across Europeā€™s club scene. Her sets are hard to categorise, driven by instinct and energy rather than a fixed sound, and that unpredictability is exactly what keeps the floor moving. Her Kurdish background shapes her approach in ways that feel natural rather than deliberate, giving her sets a warmth and depth you can feel on the dance floor. Seductive basslines, tight percussion and a strong sense of momentum are her tools. Alongside her residency at Leftbank in Tbilisi and her work with Club Savvy, evin has played Boiler Room sets in London and Istanbul, international festivals like Lighthouse and Butik, and regularly appears at Multisex, ADE, Macadam and beyond. Now sheā€™s finally bringing it to us. Joining her on the night are Hannah D and SeĢarlait playing their first b2b in Naarm, with our tallest party starter residents, Activator on opening duties. Based in Berlin and of Kurdish background, evin is the founder of @clubsavvvy, a resident at @leftbanktbilisi and is making a true mark on the European club scene. There are two flights of 25-step stairs leading up the LV1, gender-neutral bathrooms and chillout area. Following another two flights of 25-step stairs is the club level.
