This is my story....

....from a career in Fashion to becoming a full time Yoga Teacher 🧘🏾🙏🏾☺️

It's been a Journey to say the least!🛣️🚦

I've experienced so many shifts and transformations🦋 I let go of what and who I thought I was meant to be.

Yoga has been an instrumental part of my life for the last few years and I've not looked back 🚗 💨

Alot of my healing and change has come from being on retreats. Getting away from the places and spaces that have caused certain patterns has really been a powerful tool for change. 🔧💪🏾🙌🏾

Still thinking about this beautiful moment from our last hike at Aber Falls 🌿✨

@italalexholistichealth doing what she does best — guiding us through nervous system regulation and a deeply grounding meditation session surrounded by nature, waterfalls, and fresh mountain air.

A reminder that sometimes the most powerful reset is simply slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with yourself in the outdoors. 🧘‍♀️💚

Grateful for the energy, the people, and the peaceful moments we shared together. Can’t wait for the next one. 🙏🏽

Some beautiful feedback from @active.healing from our previous hike at Aber Falls 🌿✨

She travelled all the way from London to join us and shared why getting out into nature, disconnecting from the noise, and connecting with like-minded people is so important for the mind, body, and soul. 🏔️💚

Moments like these are exactly why we do what we do — creating space for people to slow down, reset, heal, and reconnect through movement, community, and nature.

Grateful for every single person who joins us on these experiences 🙏🏽

Who’s coming to the next hike? 👣

What an incredible hike through the Chiltern Hills with @active.healing 🌿 The rolling hills, peaceful forest trails, and stunning views made every bit of the climb worth it. Nearly 500m elevation and definitely a challenge even for me 😂 but being surrounded by nature, fresh air, and the sound of birds through the woods made it such an amazing experience.

Big thank you to @active.healing for putting together such a beautiful guided hike, leading us through the trails, starting us off with an energising warm-up, and finishing with a calming guided meditation at the end 🙏✨ It was the perfect balance of challenge, connection, and mindfulness.

Some pictures and a short video at the end from our previous hike at Aber Falls 🌿💧

I genuinely love the work that I do — getting people out into nature, bringing people together, helping people ground themselves, find clarity, and reconnect. Taking people away from the noise of the city and into blue spaces and green spaces where they can breathe, reflect, heal, and reconnect with nature while supporting their mental health journey.

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported me from the very beginning. Your support means more than you know. And most importantly, thank you to @italalexholistichealth — I truly couldn’t have done this without you 🤝🏾

People, get involved with the movement. Next hike is on the 31st of May — ticket link in the bio 🌍🥾✨

This was all a bit of healthy competition 😂 Sometimes you’ve just gotta move the body, have fun, and enjoy the moment. Me and @active.healing had a one-on-one race and after all that energy… it ended in a draw 🤝🏾🏃🏾‍♂️ Real talk though, moments like this remind you that staying active, challenging yourself, and laughing along the way is what it’s all about. You gotta enjoy life sometimes, ya get me 💯
