Broadbeach girls, your Wednesday morning plans are sorted ☕️🩷

Coffee & Connect is back this Wednesday 28 October, 6:30am–8:00am at The Sisters Cafe, Broadbeach.

This one’s sit-down style, so grab your coffee, get introduced around and settle in for a proper chat before the workday starts.

And if you’re sitting there thinking, *cute, but who would I go with?*

Don’t bother asking around 😂

Most women come to their first Sisterhood event **alone**. Look for our host in the pink Sisterhood shirt and she’ll have you introduced to a few women before your coffee is even ready. 🤍

And our regulars… you already know the drill. We’ll see you at the table.

☕️ Coffee included
⏰ Done by 8:00am
🤍 FREE for Sisterhood members
✨ Hosted by @hannahsamson__
🎟️ Casual tickets available

Come alone. You won’t be alone for long.

**Book via the link in bio.**

🏃‍♂️☕🏳️‍🌈 Today’s theme was ALTERNATIVE!

Pakapakanthi @parkrunau gave us an alternative course. Remarkably, everyone appears to have found their way back.

@tibaespresso as always, had the alternative milk community well catered for. Some things are simply too important to leave to chance. ☕

And thanks to @active.locals those who signed up enjoyed the rather appealing alternative of a complimentary coffee. A big thank you for supporting our community! 🫶

Thankfully, some things never change. Running, walking, catching up with our crew and being part of this beautiful community.

Thanks to everyone who came out this morning!

If you’d like to join us or have any questions, please message us! We love meeting new faces and welcoming you to our community!

FRIDAY MORNING PLANS = SORTED. ☕️🌊🤍

Coffee & Connect is heading to The Milkman’s Daughter in Mermaid Beach and yes, we’re taking this one to the beach.

Coffee first. Introductions. Then we’re heading off for a walk together with a bunch of women who, just like you, are probably looking for a few more people to do life with.

And before you send this post to your group chat asking “does anyone want to come with me?”… you genuinely don’t need to. 😂

Most women come to their first Sisterhood event alone.

Our host will be there in pink waiting for you, we’ll introduce you around and make sure you’re not left doing that awkward pretend-to-be-busy-on-your-phone thing while everyone arrives.

By 8:00am you’ve had your coffee, moved your body, met some new women and still have your whole Friday ahead of you.

📍 The Milkman’s Daughter, Mermaid Beach
📅 Friday 30 October
⏰ 6:30am to 8:00am
☕ Coffee included
✨ Hosted by @the_felt_space
🎟️ $20 casual | FREE for Sisterhood members

Never been before? This is SUCH an easy one to start with.

Come solo. We’ll be waiting for you. 🤍

Tickets via the link in bio.

Why do you walk? 💜 Tell us in the comments below 🫶🏽

We asked the women who joined us for Women Walk Together, @goodenergyclub.au x @mumma.miles, and their answers were all so different. For connection, a reset, fresh air, or simply a little time for themselves 💫

Now we’d love to hear yours ✨

I wish someone told me this sooner 🥹

Moving to a new country and making friends as an adult is HARD. So when I found the Sydney Harbour Run Club @shrunners through @active.locals , I had to share

Beginner friendly, super welcoming, and you don’t need to know anyone or be fast (bless). Just show up, run by the harbour and meet amazing people.

New in Sydney? Download the free Active Locals app through the link in my bio and find your people 💕

Adelaide Frontrunners is being supported by @active.locals this Saturday, 24 October, at Pakapakanthi parkrun!

Backed by HCF, Active Locals helps people get active, meet new people and connect with their communities. Sounds rather familiar, doesn't it? 😉

☕ How do you claim your free coffee?

1. 📱 Download the Active Locals app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Create your free account.
3. Under Groups, search for Adelaide Frontrunners and join.
4. Find AFR does parkrun – Saturday 24 October and RSVP.
5. Join us on Saturday and enjoy your funded coffee or drink (up to $6)!

Important: You must RSVP through the Active Locals app and attend on Saturday to qualify. Simply joining the group or turning up without RSVPing won't qualify.
