I am so honoured and also blown away by the love and support shown to me regarding my induction into the @barriesportshalloffame as a SUP Athlete #classof2026 I will forever smile when I see this incredible painting by @sheilaromard who captured my joy and the beauty of the sport so beautifully. This will be hung at Allendale Rec Center home of the #barriesportshalloffame to hopefully inspire young athletes to start paddleboard racing. I am so thrilled that this experience is already helping to inspire my own amazing kids, continue to follow your dreams and never stop believing! Steve @solocrx thank you for being by my side and making this dream possible, I love you! To my dad @richard.dewey.photography thank you for believing I had what it takes to represent Canada in sport from a very young age way before I believes in myself. I am so incredibly grateful for my Community, Friends, Family and the @barriecanoekayakclub who came out to support me this past week at the induction celebration at #bckc I was touched to see @johnmrankincanoe and the BCKC crew, along with @forgravebonnie and Dan who nominated me for this incredible award. @wwwon1 & @langford1500 were by my side with my family as always I love you guys. @activeanniie the very first female winner of the first @ontariosupseries SUP season came out to join the fun and cheer me on. We have been at this now for over 15 years and I feel just as inspired as ever. A shout out to @bluwaveboardco for believing in me all those years ago and for sponsoring so many of my SUP adventures along the journey. Thanks to @psppaddle and @qbpaddles for keeping me moving quicker each year Thanks to @surfontario and sup4ms for initially inspiring me to take this sport further and to @northern_sup for helping me get started. Thanks to @starboardsupnorthamerica for bringing me into this dynamite team where I can now paddle faster than ever with @starboardsup and my coach @timmy0h for helping to keep me focused. Thanks to #ad @usanaathletes #USANAathletes for helping me feel at my very best @usana.canada as I head now to compete at the @planet.sup worlds in Italy @usanainc @herman.koeslag 📸
