Feeling confident in swimwear makes ALL the difference

Wearing the Coolum Core Support One Piece by @activetruth and I absolutely love how supportive and flattering it feels. I’m wearing size L.

Tummy smoothing core support
Built-in shelf bra supporting B–G cups
No underwire
Adjustable straps
Gorgeous V-neckline and side ruching
UPF 50+ and chlorine resistant

Supportive, comfortable and designed for real women and real bodies — exactly what I want in a swimsuit.

Trust the boys’ version of “helping Mum” to be playing paparazzi while I sleep. Really catching my best angles, thanks boys.

Thank you so much for all your lovely messages and well wishes. Slowly recovering, with a little hiccup involving a trip to ED with an infection. Feeling grateful for all the love, and to everyone who has shared their personal journeys with me, I’m thinking of you all.

And for those who think I’m incapable of resting, please accept these photos as evidence.

Living entirely in bamboo, including the travel wrap. Making me look like Count Dracula isn’t listed in its product features, nor is this quite the travel content I’d had in mind. But very comfortable.

Also, I highly, highly recommend these little self-warming eye masks from @lulaeyemask They’ve been a godsend, and I always take them on long-haul flights too!

How to take printed pants from "too loud" to "corporate chic" in one step. 🤫👇

The trick to pulling off patterns in a work setting is all about contrast. When you pair a bold, structured printed pant with a beautifully draped, minimalist bamboo top, the look instantly transforms.

It’s clean, it’s sharp, and it commands the room without shouting. 👑

I’m always glad when I pack this (I actually have two of them!).

It’s a blanket on the plane.
A wrap on cooler days.
A sarong for the beach.
A scarf when it’s chilly.
And sometimes a picnic blanket when I want to sit on the grass and take in the view.

It’s the Bamboo Travel Wrap from Active Truth, and it’s one of my favourite things to pack when I travel.

Usually $130, but currently on sale for $78! 🙌🏻

I’ve NEVER seen these tees this price! 😱

I love these Active Truth tees so much. They’re almost all I wear, and I’ve slowly converted everyone around me to them as well. 😂

They’re soft, breathable and SO comfy. Just the best everyday tee.

AND right now, selected styles and colours are just $27! Others are $54.

For sizing reference, I’m wearing the 2XL and I’m usually a size 22.

Your holiday is booked. Your swimsuit from three summers ago is on its last elastic.

This is your friendly nudge to start looking now. Give yourself time to find a fit you love, try it on and sort a different size if you need to.

The week before your holiday is for debating how many pairs of shoes to pack. Swimsuit panic doesn’t need to be on the list.

Get Ready With Me: Week 23

After the week that was, I’m not here to pretend to be okay but I’m also not here for sympathy and woe is me

I started this Series 23 Weeks ago and today I felt the urge to film whatever my heart would allow, as I sit here writing this I have tears streaming down my face

Having had to have made the hardest decision on Wednesday night to let our dearest Miss Emily Mae go peacefully to heaven I’ve felt numb

I have been blessed with love and support but I’ve also not been able to be on my phone because every time I read a message I’d cry

This space has brought some amazing people into my life, people that I am blessed and truly grateful for, it’s afforded me a Community of likeminded legends and it’s afforded me the space to be exactly who I am and that
Is unapologetically ME, the good and the bad, all of me

I have over the years had so many conversations about how funny, sassy, gorgeous, cheeky and fun Miss Emily Mae is

So whilst I am crying at the drop of a hat at the moment not having my little fur baby side kick with us earthside, I will always be blessed with the 17 years we were lucky to have had with her

This caption is nothing about getting ready with me but more about caring about yourself the best that you can and I’m doing that this weekend feeling comfy in both my @whiteandco Pants and my @activetruth Top!

Both of these pieces make me smile, make me feel comfortable and are perfect for everyday living and for feeling all the emotions that I currently am

I hope there are glimmers all around you this Sunday and just a little reminder if you got this far - take the photos!

Take all the photos of everyone and everything, yes you can be present but you can also capture the moments and memories in a split second because life can change in a heartbeat

Leave me a 📷 if you got this far
