Retreats create an opportunity to fully immerse into a way of life rather than just dabbling which makes a lasting impact.

Here's a look into the @lykos.life x @actorsodyssey Greece retreat from this past September. One of the most beautiful and fulfilling experiences of my life.

My workshops revolved around dance, yoga, mobility and movement exploration guiding our guests to find more freedom in their bodies & minds along with confidence in their creativity.

What I love about a retreat setting is the time to spend together exploring, conversing and learning from one another. Aside from just movement I take pride in sharing little gems I've picked up along the way that have shaped me into who I am today.

It was an honor to collaborate with @praxis_actingstudio & @jennasadventures to make this experience happen.

Repeat after me...

It's a new day.
It's a new beginning.
It's a new beginning for me.
I'm at the right place, at the right time,
doing exactly the right thing.
Everything is working out for me.
All is well.

As we step into the first full week of 2026, I believe we could all use this reminder. We're right on time. Move with intention. There is no rush, focus on being present and showing up completely in all that we do. We got this.

This clip is from when I shared my full personal meditation/prayer with our attendees on opening day of the @lykos.life x @actorsodyssey Greece retreat. It was really special for me to open up in this way with a group of individuals and to share more of my spirituality along with creativity.

Thank you 2025.

This was a big year for me. First year living with my person, diving into new trainings, lots of travel, teaching, hosting retreats & vending farmers markets with @lykos.life, many days spent by the ocean, meditations, yoga practices, dance classes and more than I can think of at the moment. All I know is I'm freaking grateful. Grateful to be here continuing on this journey of becoming the best I can be.

There were challenging moments which somehow I made it through, like we always do and some major surprises. The thing I'm learning is that presence is our biggest asset. We can never plan for all that life throws at us but we can show up with our full presence and an open heart and with that trust we will always make it through.

2026 will be the most life changing year for me as I step into this new role of becoming a father. Yes, I'm scared... I want to be a great dad, I want to give this baby the most amazing life filled with love and joy and fun. Letting go of what is holding me back to allow all that I will become to fill me up and to show up for our magical little seed.

Happy New Year everyone!

Day ONE in Greece! 🇬🇷

Here's a peak into the Lykos x @actorsodyssey Creatives Retreat that took place this past September on the stunning Island of Koufonisia!

An experience of a lifetime that is so hard to put into words... All I can say is that Hugh @praxis_actingstudio Jenna @jennasadventures and myself @nickbaga put our hearts into this and after a year in the making we're so proud of what we created!

Every day was filled with exploration and adventure, movement and art. Stay tuned for Day TWO!

A moment of release in Greece.

It was day one of the @lykos.life x @actorsodyssey Greece Retreat. We all traveled a long way to land on this beautiful Island of Koufonisia.

This was our first workshop together so after leading a meditation we then spent a while getting into our bodies. From animal patterns, spirals and a variety of movements it felt real nice to get activated. To close out our first session together after loosening our bodies and opening our minds it was such a great release to just let go and find some freedom. A guided ecstatic dance-ish moment together, welcoming the healing energy of this magical Greek island.

I've always loved this song and it felt right. It brings such a nostalgic and hopeful feeling in me. Have some great memories dancing with friends to this!

The travel day stoke is real 🤪

Boarding my 2nd flight from Montreal to Athens at the moment. Ate through the majority of my snacks and pretty positive there will not be any #vegan food on this 9 hour flight lol but I'll be just fine. Excitement will get me through... plus a couple books I hope to put a dent in.

Almost forgot to mention that I am Greek and this will be my first time to visit & explore this beautiful country! A week or so in the islands and then some time in Athens. 🇬🇷🏛️🤌🏼

Special shoutout to @sunwarrior for helping me survive these long travel days with their Active Hydration. I've got my supply with me on the go to make sure my vibes are high when I arrive!

I cannot express how excited I am for the @lykos.life x @actorsodyssey retreat this week. After a few ideas of talking about it, a year of planning and promoting, it is finally happening. I feel so lucky to do and share what I love.

We've got my great friend @felipehavranek joining to document it all which means I'll be able to give you all a real insiders experience!

I'm so excited to bring you on movement exploration journeys guiding you to find freedom in your bodies and confidence in movement. As of late, I've been inspired and informed by many different modalities of movement... I am not inventing anything new here rather beginning to embody and articulate what I've learned. There are so many dancers, teachers, companies and style that have opened my mind and how I navigate the world. I hope for this experience to do that for you.

@praxis_actingstudio , a close friend and amazing talent will be using a variety of acting techniques and wisdom he has gathered to open your heart and mind. I'm honored to share a space with this human.

Along with @jennasadventures who is the glue behind making this retreat happen will also be bringing her knowledge of yoga and life to the space.

*The class above was a movement exploration for actors I taught a few months back for the young artists of @actynhollywood who travelled from Spain and South America. In this class, we geared more towards yoga and strengthening, explored some primal movements and then sprinkled in some grooves. As I watch this video I can clearly see many of my recent inspirations in how I lead the room. You all know who you are, thank you.
