☀️ What a day. What a vibe.
On the 27th June, we brought The Duck HSE to the @secretgardenberko @primesteak in Berkhamsted, and honestly… everything just clicked.
The sun was shining, the setting couldn’t have been more perfect, the food was incredible, and the soundtrack was exactly how a summer afternoon should sound. Good people, amazing energy, live performances from @brunettemusicuk and @sherelofc , chilled house music, cocktails flowing and smiles everywhere you looked.
Seeing everyone relaxing, eating, drinking, dancing and making memories is exactly what this event is all about.
A huge thank you to everyone who came down and helped create such a special atmosphere. You made this one unforgettable. 💛 big thank you to all the staff and Diana for letting us do what we do.
👇 We want to hear from you…
📸 If you were there, tag yourself or drop your favourite photo or video in the comments.
🎤 What was your favourite moment of the day?
🎶 Who would you love to see perform at a future Duck HSE?
This is only the beginning… 🦆

Proof that when women come together with intention, growth happens ✨

Creating spaces like this isn’t just about an event… it’s about building a community where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to step into more.

Hearing experiences like this reminds us why we do what we do 💫

More connection.
More growth.
More women choosing themselves.

This is just the beginning 🤍

Pilates builds your core.
Vita Bella builds your lifestyle.

One strengthens your body.
The other strengthens your income, freedom, and quality of life.

Both require discipline.
Both change how you carry yourself.
Both are about alignment.

But only one pays you back weekly and monthly (and funds more Pilates ofcourse = girl math🤪)

If you’re ready to upgrade more than just your routine…
You know where we are. We AKA= @vitabella_lifestyle 🤍

Serial spectators 👀: Obsessed enough to watch, but too scared to commit… we see you 🤪🤍

🎙️Whatever your “cop-out” excuse is, let’s be real …it’s usually your why:

🤍 “I don’t have time.”
Perfect …that means you’re extremely time poor. Let’s flip that into time freedom. Real talk

🤍 “I have kids.”
Exactly. Do this for your future, do this for your kids. Build generational wealth that you can pass down. This is legacy income business model built to outlast you. No 9-5 will ever provide you with a residual income for your family.

🤍 “I don’t have the money.”
If £156 feels impossible to invest in something you’d enjoy, that’s a financial red flag. You need this opportunity more than you realise.

🤍 “I don’t have the confidence.”
Newsflash: confidence doesn’t show up first. It’s built by doing, failing forward, and realising nobody cares as much as you think. You’re not shy ….you’re scared of opinions from people who don’t pay your bills. Get over it and get in the game.

🤍 “I’m not good at socials.”
Neither were you at walking, driving, or swiping a credit card at first but you learned. Social media is no different. The algorithm isn’t the problem. Your excuses are.

🤍 “Only the people at the top make money.”
Congrats, you just described every industry on the planet. Corporations, law firms, banks, hospitals — the top always makes more. The difference? Your boss will never hand you the blueprint to take their job. We literally do. If you’re mad about hierarchies, stop slamming network marketing and start questioning your CEO.

✨ The truth? These excuses aren’t reasons to sit out they’re the very reasons to take messy, inspired action. Why stay stuck in the same place when you could be unlocking your full potential? @vitabella_lifestyle follow us for MORE 👯‍♀️
