A hot, dry winter doesn’t just pass, it lingers.

In Chinese medicine, it means less “cold storage” in the body. so when summer arrives, heat rises more intensely.

This can show up as inflammation, dehydration, irritability, skin issues, and feeling overheated.

Support your body.
Cool, hydrate, and slow down with the season.

Join licensed acupuncturists, Jamie and Kari, for our Winter Solstice Community Acupuncture event. This is an opportunity to tap into the deep, restorative qualities of both acupuncture and the natural rhythm of the seasons, fostering healing, renewal, and connection with others. The solstice can be a great time to focus on nourishing the body’s “yin” energy, the quieter, more restful part of ourselves, to counterbalance the often overstimulating nature of modern life. Healing in a group setting allows for shared energy and connection. There can be a sense of unity and mutual support that enhances the healing process. Space is limited 9 guests, register today by texting 480-648-6998!

From the moment I envisioned our wellness center, I dreamed of creating spaces that felt like a gentle hug to the soul. Places where time slows down, and wellness envelops you. And now, seeing this dream come to life, where every nook is a testament to tranquility, fills my heart with indescribable joy.

These aren’t just spaces; they’re invitations to pause, breathe, and reconnect with oneself. I poured my heart into every detail, hoping to share the magic of our cozy wellness center with you. 🍃🕊️

Join me in celebrating this journey—by letting us help you in your wellness journey!

🌿🙏 Welcoming the Chinese New Year with Nature’s Wisdom 🧧✨

Can you find the praying mantis, a creature revered in Chinese culture for its embodiment of grace, mindfulness, and precision. As we step into the Chinese New Year on February 10, let’s draw inspiration from this elegant being.

The praying mantis, in its poised stillness, teaches us the art of calmness and the power of patience. It symbolizes focus and contemplation, reminding us to be present in each moment. As it stands still, yet ready to act, the mantis mirrors the balance between tranquility and action - a crucial harmony to embrace in our lives.

As we enter this new lunar year, let’s channel the mantis’s mindful stillness. It’s a time for us to reflect, reset, and center ourselves with renewed purpose and peace. 🌼🎊

Here’s to a year of mindful growth and serene wisdom, guided by the gentle lessons of nature around us. Happy Chinese New Year! 🐲🎉

“Woke up feeling as foggy as the cloudy day outside my window. ☁️🧠 But I found the perfect remedy to clear away the mental cobwebs - a warm, soothing cup of Smartea Pants tea from @urbanherbsco. 🍵✨ This amazing blend of Chinese herbs worked like magic, slicing through the brain fog and setting me up for a productive workday ahead. It’s incredible how the right herbs can align your mind with the universe, even when the weather tries to say otherwise. Ready to tackle my tasks with clarity and focus now. .

“🌟 Harmonize your Yin and Yang through the art of eating 🍇🥒. In the journey towards balance and wellness, the colors on our plate play a pivotal role. Integrating a spectrum of fruits and vegetables into our meals not only nourishes our body but also brings equilibrium to our energy. Each color represents different elements that align with either Yin (cooling, calming) or Yang (warming, stimulating) energies, contributing to our overall harmony. So, let’s embrace the diversity of nature’s bounty and create a colorful, balanced plate to support our internal balance. 🌈✨ #BalanceYourEnergy #EatColorfully #YinYangNutrition #DesertsageWellness #Thehealingpoint #dietetics
