the day my best friends got married. because I played many roles, I chose to take a documentary approach. It allowed me to capture authentic and genuine emotion throughout their day, while also being able to put my camera down and be fully in the moment with my soul sister. they chose to have an intimate destination elopement with their closest friends & family, so it was important to me that those who were unable to attend, felt like they were there when looking at their photos.

I am beyond grateful that May so was adamant about me being the one to capture this day. I truly do not know if I ever would have found my passion for photography, if it wasn’t for these two. they mean the world to me, and I cannot wait to see where life takes them!!

this is just a small glimpse—from start to finish. much more to come! also a huge thanks @bellakinsellaphoto for being the best second and stepping in when I needed to take in the moment 🫶🏻
