October brought so many reasons to celebrate from a besties wedding, to love, graduations, milestones, health, and the people who make it all matter most. 🤍✨

October was one for the books! It was full of family, old friends, big milestones, meaningful work, and little moments that reminded me just how lucky I am💜

I think when we get overwhelmed often our first instinct is “unplug”. Avoid social media. Slow down and move away from hustle culture. Focus on yourself and don’t worry about showing up on socials. And don’t get me wrong - there is so much value in this. But I’d also like to suggest an alternative.
.
Plug in.
.
Hustle and remember that you are STRONG and so so capable. Show UP on your socials and remember that initially we all started showing up on here to romanticize our lives and there was value in that. There was value in making life look even more beautiful than it did in real life because it reminded you to LOOK for that beauty. Use social media to remind yourself why you wanted to show up in the first place.
