The power of BELIEVING in yourself will have you creating moments that will change history forever! I once said “You are going to change the way people view Urban Theater 🎭 “ I am extremely proud of you! Represent for our community! Continue to break barriers, because somewhere in this world, there’s a little BLACK playwright who’s watching someone who looks like them MAKE HISTORY! I love you ❤️❤️❤️ #blackexcellence #monumental @wandahopestudios #wandahopesstudios

THATS A WRAP
♟🥊
We finished filming at @trilithstudios yesterday, and I couldn’t be more proud of our @chessboxer_shortfilm cast and crew. Thank you all for your hard work, and special thanks to @wakeupalbs for your vision and direction on this passion project.
❤️♟🥊🖤
When we wrapped, I got emotional. It was my first time back to Pinewood Studios (now trilith) since we filmed @loveisblindnetflix in 2018. This was my first time as an executive producer, first time coordinating stunts, first time fake fighting, and first time on set with a team fueled by passion, curiosity, and love for a sport that I never thought would become more than a silly little hobby. Thank y’all, and thank you #chessboxing. ❤️♟🥊🖤
