Just another day at the office. Some of the most insane bass fishing we have ever seen. Caught so many fish I lost track. Another post coming soon 🤙🏾. Stay tuned for the video coming out. Gonna be more prepared second time around.

When attacking the throw, exercise selection and implementation need to be more intentional than the arbitrary “drill” anyone can just randomly give you.

The whole point of using different exercises and throwing different objects is to put the athlete in a place to succeed, to ingrain the idea of truly throwing.

Let the athlete experience the result of the task and not try to internalize the process to get there.

Adam and I have come a long way, and I couldn't be happier for the kid as he has started his professional journey.

Adam Maher is a testament to what happens when you combine intention with action. When I first met Adam, he straight up told me his goal was to play professional baseball.

During this process of re-learning how to throw, it was very important that we developed through the execution of tasks. Remapping the body with an external focus eliminates the ability to get lost searching internally.

Going from being unable to throw without pain to hitting the low 90s and getting signed in the Frontier League is incredible, and I couldn't be any prouder.

If you want in, link’s in the bio.
