MULTI CLUB DUATHLON

Too often local sports clubs get stuck in the mentality of competing against each other. Every program I work with is committed to growing the pie, not our slice of the pie, to improve access to sport for everyone.

Thanks to everyone from @cltc.juniors, @carinaleaguestriathlonclub, @tri_nation_triathlon, and @starfishfitness for coming together to put on an amazing community event!

What a great weekend. Felt really insure of how the race was going to go after waking up the previous morning with a neck that just would not move at all. Despite considering dropping out, I made it to the start line and ended up having a ripper race. 4th in qld, stoked with that. The next day was relays, where our met east team ended up winning overall, mainly thanks to Ethan’s broken swim and Toby’s mental run. And finally today was Caloundra tri, with another surprisingly strong race even after everything else. Stoked to be on the qld team again this year and excited to see what happens in Tasmania in week 8. Get hyped!!

Triathlon Australia community Duathlon. Another great event. First overall. Grass run track and really windy bike course to keep us on our toes. Pretty happy with performance overall, looking forward to Robina tri next week!

Great hit out again at Redcliffe for the second race is the QTS tri series. A great race against Ben today, coming right down to a sprint finish. Looking forward to round 3!!

Queensland tri series round 1: Raby bay. Super stoked to come away with first in u19 and 9th overall. Massive shoutout to josh for smashing his first ever tri. Super excited to see what the rest of the season has to offer

So great to see so many at our season launch bbq this morning, thanks everyone for coming down after park run!
