Editing the Naughty 40 reunion like a trailer for a reality show 🙊 there was a lot of arm throwing.

🪙🩶💖 25 years ago…you’re walking into your form room (Shoutout 7JNM) for the first time on your first day of secondary school and this boy pops into your eye line… He’s got weird holes in his ears 😂😇 and wants to listen to Britney remixes with you…

LIttle do you know.. every time the year group is put in alphabetical order you’ll end up together and will stay that way for the rest of your life.

What an absolute gift you are @adampwoo and the reason why I didn’t say “I’m marrying my best friend” on my wedding day.

I love you - the Ken to my Barbie and see you tonight!

I still get so excited when I know I’m seeing you, even after all of these years!

Happy Silver Anniversary!

You’ll all be pleased to know I return to work this week, so less of the jealousy, ok? To mark the occasion, here’s highlights from the rest of the summer just to make me sad it’s coming to an end. 😭

July ✨

As always, took an obscene amount of mirror selfies 😂, continued surviving the summer heatwave ☀️, spent time with family and loved ones ❤️ and celebrated London Pride 🏳️‍🌈

I also released one of my most personal YouTube videos to date, exploring trauma bonds and why they can be so difficult to break. 🧠❤️‍🩹

This month also marked a new chapter as I partnered with Hypsee to launch 1:1 Healing Conversations and personalised Recorded Guidance — creating another space where we can connect beyond my videos. ✨

And behind the scenes, I’ve continued quietly building, planning and working towards some bigger long-term goals. Not everything needs to be announced while it’s being created… but I’ll have more to share over the coming months.
✨

Here’s to seeing what August brings ❤️

Why July

Last Saturday – London Pride. 🏳️‍🌈

Pride Month may be over, however it is still important to celebrate love, authenticity, visibility and the freedom to be ourselves. Grateful for a day spent watching the parade, laughing with friends, celebrating our community, and making memories that I’ll be smiling about for a long time. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

June was a little quieter… but definitely not in real life. 💙

This month looked something like this…

📸 Took an obscene amount of mirror selfies (some habits never change 😅)
🥵 Barely survived the heatwave and fully embraced shorts and T-shirt weather
🚗 Continued falling in love with driving my new car
🎥 Shared one of the most personal videos I’ve ever made, opening up about my AuDHD diagnosis
❤️ Spent quality time with family and my loved ones
🏳️‍🌈 Celebrated Pride Month
🌱 Kept working quietly behind the scenes on some long-term goals that I’m really excited about

Not every month has to be loud to be meaningful.

Some of the biggest changes happen when nobody else is watching.

Here’s to continuing to grow, staying patient with the process, and trusting that the work you put in today will pay off tomorrow ❤️
