Coaching is more than just a job. Whether it’s for athletes or lifestyle clients, coaching isn’t just showing up for a few hours at a time. You’re there whenever they need you in the good, the bad and the ugly. You are there to support them in any goals that they have. They entrust in you to guide them to achieve that goal no matter how big or how small. You are there to ensure their success. You build a relationship with your client that revolves around trust. They are trusting you with their goal and you are there to provide the most successful outcome possible. You build this relationship with getting to know them personally. Taking about the deep stuff that gets them out of bed in the morning and goals that they have in their future. You are here for them. Not you. Coaching is an opportunity to help someone and guide them to be successful. This isn’t a 9-5. This is a 24/7 365 professional relationship built on trust and communication. Two years of @the_resilience_company .🙏🏻🦋 This month marks our 2-year anniversary, and I hope you’ll celebrate with us all month long. These two years have been anything but easy. Building this brand has tested me in ways most people will never see. Show Day #2 Recap: First off, I could not be more grateful for the amount of support and love throughout this year of prepping. I just want to thank my coach @coached.by.chris for not only being an amazing coach, but also a true friend. Thank you for being the steadfast presence I needed to get through the last 20 weeks and make it to stage not only once but TWICE. I would also like to put out a special thank you to my partner and the love of my life @sam.galles. We made it bebi, we made it to show day! Going through prep together has ultimately shown us that truly no matter what, as long as we continue to choose each other and to communicate with each other, we can get through anything. From all the quiet mornings and nights, and days where we simply were just trying to coexist, at the end of it all, no matter how hungry or how tired or how stressed, I can confidently say that you were the person I needed to go through this and have by my side. I love you. To my family, thank you for being some of my biggest supporters and fans. I truly wouldn’t have been able to make it to stage without you guys. Thank you especially to my brother and mom for flying all the way out to see me compete. It meant the world to me❤️ To all my friends and every single person that cheered me on, thank you from the very bottom of my heart. We’re gonna start with the youngest first. I could not be any prouder of little bro than I am right now. We showed up on Saturday and held are own with the big boys debuting in Open and Classic. At 19 years old we made a statement and came to play. We know where we stand which is in the bodybuilding class now we just need time! The trophy’s are great but the look is what I’m the most happy with! We showed up that’s all I’m going to say!
