Oscar Sabine has committed to Adams State University.

The 6'8 forward from Adelaide, South Australia really impressed coaches with his playmaking ability, his inside-out game and overall toughness on both ends of the floor.

The undersized big man has continued to impress over the last couple of years in South Australian colours, Oscar's development and progression over the course of his spring tour in Kansas City and Tulsa reflected that he is ready to make the jump to the college level of basketball.

His IQ, understanding of the game, ability to make reads, passes and find the open man as a distributor and a facilitator were key aspects of his game that coaches loved. On the defensive end, Sabine's versatility and agility allowed him to guard multiple times, point guards and two guards on the perimeter and switching and on balls all the way to banging and hitting bodies in the 5 down in the low post.

Oscar will be a welcome addition to Coach Kenny Tripp's roster.
